Analitica Lab is a boutique creative and marketing studio operating from Canada, with presence in Colombia and the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@analiticalab.com.

The website, including its copy, design, graphics, animations, interactive tools and games, is provided for information about our services. You may browse it and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or create derivative works from its content, interfere with its operation, probe or test its security, or use automated systems to extract data from it, except as permitted by law.

All content on this site, including the Analitica Lab name, logo, visual identity, text, artwork and code, belongs to Analitica Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Nothing here grants you a license to use our brand or content beyond viewing the site.

Ownership of work we produce for clients is defined in the service agreement for each engagement, not by these terms.

• Information on this site, including plan descriptions, is informational and not a binding offer. Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or service agreement we sign with you, which prevails over these terms for that engagement.
• We do not publish fixed prices because scopes differ; quotes are prepared per project and are valid for the period stated in them.
• We work month to month by default. Where a project requires a minimum commitment to deliver results, we state it clearly before we start.
• We are a boutique studio and may decline projects at our discretion.

Our "Find My Service" assistant uses AI to suggest which of our services may fit your situation. Its output is a starting point for a conversation, not professional, financial or legal advice, and not a promise of results. AI systems can make mistakes; verify anything important with us directly. Interactive features such as games on error pages are provided for entertainment, without any warranty.

Marketing results depend on factors outside any agency's control, including markets, platforms, budgets and your own business decisions. Case studies and statistics on this site describe past work and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Specific commitments, where we make them, live in your service agreement.

The site links to third-party platforms (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram) and relies on third-party infrastructure. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analitica Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability related to the website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability within client engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.

You agree to indemnify Analitica Lab against claims arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
